How to Bring Out Your Inner Hottie

How is your self-image? Are you in touch with your allure? Do you know that you are an attractive woman who men notice? If you don't answer yes to these questions, then it's time to discover what the secret so many beautiful women know to keep their self-esteem healthy.

I rarely care much about Hollywood, but I got taken in by an interview with Paris Hilton. The writer, in so many words, asked Paris if she ever has a bad hair day. Her response was rather honest, admitting that she does feel not-so-hot from time to time. What does Paris do about feeling low in the self-confidence department? She gets a facial or a massage because pampering gets her back into feeling like a hottie.

That's actually very good advice. Many women tout this as the solution to not feeling good about themselves. In fact, I've been told that a pampered woman is a happy woman.

Why is that? What does it matter if you get your nails done or enjoy spa treatments? Here's why. When you pamper and take care of yourself, you honor yourself. You think you're worthy of extra care, deserve special treatment and are willing to invest in yourself. Both the time and the money. That's a powerful commitment to yourself and statement to the world. Pampering is actually an act of self-love. That's why Paris's solution is such sound advice.

If you are single and looking for the right man, make the decision right now to be good to yourself. It's a well-known fact; if you want to be spoiled by someone, start by spoiling yourself. Dating involves a good deal of rejection which can be hard on the self-esteem. Keeping yourself feeling good is a wonderful way to spring back from those rejection situations.

The truth is, every woman has a hottie-side (yes you do!). Why not help her come to the surface and shine? Make the most of your assets and take good care of yourself. Get a new hairstyle, maybe some highlights. Have a makeover with a professional makeup artist. Ask a personal shopper for clothing advice and buy a few new outfits. It's not about how much you spend, but how you feel as a result. No need to over due it and then feel bad about the debt - that's counter productive.

Healthy self-esteem is actually very sexy. Confidence is always one of the top five qualities that both men and women desire in a partner. Plus, feeling good about yourself will make you appear far more attractive. For most women, 80% of your real beauty is based not on the exterior package, but on the inside - how you feel about yourself and how good your self image is.

Let's take a lesson from Paris. When you feel less than pretty or start doubting your attractiveness, get some pampering. You'll look better, you'll feel better, and you'll bring out your inner hottie. That's a surefire way to heighten your allure and build your magnetism to help you find the love you want and deserve.
